Floyd Ray Hickerson, EA
Floyd has been in the income tax preparation business for over 30 years. Graduated from University of Arkansas at Little Rock in 1969, earning a BS in mathematics with a minor in accounting and business. Earned his license to practice before the Internal Revenue Service (EA) in 1992. Floyd's expertise is in taxpayer representation and individual income tax preparation.

Ellis Landers, EA
Ellis has worked in corporate income taxes for over 30 years at the various Internal Revenue Service Centers in Arkansas. Graduate from Southern Arkansas University in 1962 with a Business Administration degree. His expertise is in corporate accounting, both small business and large enterprises. He handles all types of individual tax returns, corporate returns, business formations, accounting functions, and general taxpayer representation.

Ann Hickerson
Ann handles all the business functions of the business. This includes, accounting, payroll, business relations, electronic filing and offfice management.

Crystal Williams
Crystal has handled all the accounting and bookkeeping for the firm for the last 5 years. She is a Quickbooks specialist and payroll supervisor. She is attending college at several local universities and is majoring in accounting and business.

Patrick Finnigan
Pat has volunteered with the Volunteers in the Tax Assistance (VITA) all through his USAF career. He has completed all the H&R Block and Jackson Hewitt tax courses over the past 4-5 years. His expeerience has been with a sister tax service and has been with Heartland Tax Service for the second year.
